This week I have been a busy little bee as the end of semester draws nearer the realisation of where my projects are up to becomes very clear. The books I am going to show are part of my artist book class where we practice different methods of binding and techniques such as embossing. Embossing has always been something I have been interested in and has given me an idea of some work I would like to do now that I have access to a press. This might be a this weekend project once I am confident that I am ahead in my class work first. I have to apologize about the images as they were taken with my phone as Fraser's camera is not here at the moment.
I also attended my first day at my internship with hallmark which was amazing. Everyone was so nice and friendly and just seeing how they work through projects and the time frames for projects are just so different. I'm really excited to go back on Monday and so happy that I had this opportunity to see all this first hand as it really does help.
